We want you and your little one to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how it works.

30-day returns You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition.

How to start a return Email us at KidzVidzabc123@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll reply with simple instructions.

Refunds Once your returned item is received and checked, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within a few business days after we receive the return.

Damaged or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo within 48 hours and we’ll make it right no hassle.

Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable once opened. We’ll always let you know if that applies.
