Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Most of our products ship from US warehouses, and orders usually arrive within 3–7 days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship for free?
Yes shipping is free on orders over $35. Under that, there’s a small flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also find it under your account if you created one at checkout.

What’s your return policy?
If something isn’t right, you have 30 days to return it. Just email us and we’ll walk you through it. See our Returns & Refunds page for the details.

Are your products safe for young children?
We check every item before listing and skip anything flimsy or with choking-hazard concerns for little ones. Each product page lists age suitability please follow it, and always supervise young children.

How do I know which age a product is for?
Age guidance is on every product page under the details. If you’re not sure, email us and we’ll help you pick.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is fully SSL-encrypted, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as you can and we’ll do our best. Once it’s on the way, it falls under our returns policy.
